VARI 2016

Submissions

Conference content will be submitted for inclusion into IEEE Xplore® as well as other Abstracting and Indexing (A&I) databases. All manuscripts will be blind reviewed by at least three members of the program committee. Therefore, author's should not reveal their identity in the manuscript . Submissions should be a complete manuscript of novel unpublished work (not to exceed 8 pages of single spaced text, including figures and tables) or, in special cases, may be a summary of relevant work. To submit a proposal for a panel session, special session, industrial session, tutorial, a workshop, a demo, a PhD forum, or, if you have a birds of a feather (BOF) proposal, or, have questions, please contact the program chairs.

Final Papers must be in the formats described on submissions guidelines and using the IEEE templates that you can find at:

Do NOT include page numbers in your paper.
Do NOT include copyright header/footer information.
The deadline for camera ready and copyright form upload is July 24st (hard deadline).

PDF Check

Papers must be checked for PDF compatibility via IEEE PDF Express tool (http://www.pdf-express.org/) by using 38775X as conference ID.

Instructions:

  1. Log in to the IEEE PDF eXpress TM site
  2. First-time users should do the following:
    1. Select the New Users
    2. Enter the following:
      • 38775X for the Conference ID
      • your email address
      • a password
    3. Continue to enter information as prompted. An online confirmation will be displayed and an email confirmation will be sent verifying your account setup.
  3. Previous users of PDF eXpress need to follow the above steps, but should enter the same password that was used for previous conferences. Verify that your contact information is valid.
Once the paper has been checked (you will be notified by an email if your file passed or failed), please log in to EasyChair for VARI 2016 and submit the last version of your manuscript before July 24st.

Copyright Form

In order for your paper to be published in the conference proceedings, a signed IEEE Copyright Form must be submitted for each paper (one form per paper, not per author). IMPORTANT: The IEEE PUBLICATION TITLE must be:2016 7th International Workshop on CMOS Variability (VARI). No paper can be published in the proceedings without being accompanied by a Completed IEEE Copyright Transfer Form. You must complete and submit this form to have your paper included in the conference proceedings. The strict deadline for the final version submission is July 24th.
